Large 3 bedroom flat, 2 bathrooms, clean, tidy and very comfortable with large living area a huge balcony,you can sit outside on the balcony to read a book or surf the net, very relaxing, large living room with big 42 inch plasma tv and lots of dvd to choose from, tv has subtitles too, kitchen with electric cooking and all modern appliances, nice furniture in the bedroom and electric blankets to keep you warm at night, sunny and bright, 1st bathroom is large has shower, toilet and bath with lots of hot water, 2nd bathroom has just a shower and toilet. Internet is wireless, unlimited and included in the price.
Internal laundry, with washing machine, there is extra storage space if you need it. Wireless internet is included in the price, so too is electricity. Lane Cove is easy to get to and safe both daytime and late at night if you come home late, buses are 24 hours.
Lane Cove is a leafy suburb only 14 mins by bus to the city, 5 mins to Chatswood, walk to Artarmon train station, Lane Cove has a lovely pedestrian mall with plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and a shopping mall, buses run 24 hours or walk to train station. Safe to walk home at night time too. Bus is best form of transport though only a 5 min walk to the main bus station and 14 min to the city!
This apartment is large and plenty of space, very quiet plus your own study area if you wish. We are just minutes walk to the major bus stop, buses depart every 2-3 minutes peak time with express busses to the city 12-14 min only, so fantastic commuting to the City, buses run 24 hours a day too! Buses run to Wynyard, QVB and Central Station.
Many buses to choose from departing for city every 2 or 3 minutes peak hour, buses run 24 hours too, easy to get to Chatswood, City, Spit Junction/Mosman, norther beaches, Central Station. Macquarie Uni and western suburbs.
